Hiring Direct Support Professionals Immediately! (DSPs / Caregivers)

Alliance Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers / DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them to become the best version of themselves!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Have fun while helping customers be the best versions of themselves! Spend your time doing fun activities like arts & crafts or sports, and work to understand what dreams your customer has, and can pursue them together
• Assist with everyday living needs, removing barriers for customers (such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, housekeeping and budgeting)
• Follow customers care plan and provide updates on meeting the customer’s desired outcomes

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• At Least 18 Years of Age
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Working cell phone
• Experience in caregiving or IDD support
• Current first aid & CPR certification – we will help you get certified! (reimbursement available)
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR/DMV Report) and criminal background check

BasePay: $22.00 - $23.00 an hour

$21.00 with NO experience
