Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities (Preferred, Not required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Day/evening/weekend Shifts (Preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States (Required)
- Pass DOJ Livescan background check/fingerprinting (Required)
- Have CPR/First Aide certification (Required, Training Provided)
- Must be comfortable working through challenging behaviors

Care Partners is seeking a compassionate, loving, and empathetic staff to support individuals from 4 years of age to adulthood with Developmental Disabilities (Autism, Down Syndrome, intellectual disabilities) in their home.

- can engage with others and loves to play with active children
- will know how to redirect an emotional outburst
