SalaryOur upscale long-term residential care facility is seeking qualified, extremely hardworking, and honest, Direct Support staff to care for our residents. This is job is for anyone looking to work in a more relaxed environment where intentional one-on-one patient care is the focus.
Week day shifts available between 4pm - 7am
Weekend and Holidays
Pay scale
- Every 6 months employees may earn a pay raise of 25 cents per hour for meeting job performance metrics.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- DSP 1 and 2 certification
- A minimum of 7 years caregiving experience
- Possess at least a high school diploma (post-secondary educational degree preferred)
- CPR certified
- Possess auto insurance
- Be able to pass a physical
- Possess a valid driver's license
