W&W Joint Ventures, Inc., has exciting and rewarding Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions available in Palmdale. We are hiring for the Swing Shifts, Weekend Shifts and NOC Shifts . We are seeking experienced, motivated, and dedicated candidates that have a passion to support adults with developmental disabilities. Job Description:

W&W Joint Ventures, Inc., provides behavior intervention support to help reduce challenging behaviors and increase skills for all residents. We are a Person Centered Organization, care focuses on the individual needs of each resident. The DSP will support daily programming activities in the residential facility and community at large. The DSP is tasked with the responsibility of behavioral support. This includes, but is not limited to the following: daily logs, on-going notes, medication log, preparing and serving nutritious daily meals, assist with the basic living skills ADLs, communication support, community integration and recreation support.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating living environment, provide transportation in the community. Support individual to become active, independent members of the community is the goal. W&W Joint Ventures, Inc., offers 40-Hours on-the job paid training the first two weeks of hire.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
