Positive, energetic, and creative individuals are needed to assist with the Caring Hands & More Adult Day and Day Hab Program. The program provides physical, cognitive, social, sensory, and spiritual activities to the participants, allowing each person to participate at their level. Program hours are M-F, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide necessary supports and supervision for each individual to participate in activities of their choosing.
2. Interact with and encourage individuals to participate in community activities and in-house activities, assisting as needed.
3. Assist with program planning.
4. Assist with administration of medications as needed
5. Complete daily documentation on care/supervision provided, individual participation, and observations.
6. Ensure a safe environment for individuals.
7. Communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
8. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
9. Attend training to meet compliance requirements
10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Qualifications and Benefits*Must be 18 years or older
*Must have a valid driver's license and be able to transport individuals as needed.
