RHD Bloom is open and hiring for Full time and Part time Direct Support Professionals in the Lehigh Valley area. Direct Support Professionals are responsible for assisting adults with disabilities to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
**Full time hours can range from 30 or 40 weekly **
**Sign on bonus is $500 for Full time, must complete two week training and 90 days.**

Responsibilities/Duties
- Support individuals with disabilities in the activities of their daily life
- Advocate for the dignity rights of every individual
- Promote development and outcomes as outlined in the individual care plan
- Support access to community resources
- Uphold the RHD mission, vision, and values
Required Experience
Two week paid training is provided and most be completed in full.Required Education
