DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATE

Michigan Broadband Services is actively seeking a Direct Sales Associate for the Eastern UP to prospect residential customers and promote Fiber Internet, voice, and streaming TV services through door-to-door interactions.  If you are highly motivated and enjoy working in an ever-changing fast-paced industry, we are looking for you!  On-the-job training and all the tools necessary to help you succeed will be provided.

This is a full-time hourly based position with potential for excellent commission pay and comes with a full benefit package.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell products through door-to-door solicitation in Michigan Broadbands residential market.
• Build a robust lead pipeline and conduct phone and/or email follow-ups to secure sales.

• Drive customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and outstanding service.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Find new customers through a variety of means.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments.
• Must be able to meet with clients at times that work best with their schedules, this will include evening and Saturday appointments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Proven track record of field sales experience
• Ability to handle mature conversations with customers and other employees in a respectful format.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• A minimum of one year of sales experience.
• Good computer skills are a must.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
