Job description

The SEO Specialist is tasked with driving the company's online content strategy. This includes creating high-quality, SEO-optimized articles, managing content on our website through Webflow, and ensuring consistent online presence across various platforms, including Google My Business (GMB).

Responsibilities:


  • 1. Content Creation:
  • Write and publish 1 SEO-optimized blog per week (Wednesday)
  • Can come from Podcast, YouTube, Patient Stories, High Value Keywords
    • Content Requirements
      • Aligns with company values and marketing strategies.
      • Compliant with the latest rules and regulations in marketing
      • Fosters conclusions in order to create new business opportunities
      • Always has a curiosity based hook
      • Always has a Call to Action
      • Always is easy to read valuable to the audience
      • Targets high value keywords


  • Google My Business (GMB) Creation & Management:
  • Publish posts to each location on GMB weekly. (Friday)
  • Monitor and update GMB listings to ensure accuracy and engagement. (Contact Information)
  • Upload new center launch content (200+ images and videos delivered by interneral creator) New Center Content

  • Webflow Management:
  • Upload all articles to Webflow, maintaining a consistent and logical linking structure.
  • Regularly check and update the website for optimal performance and user experience. (AHrefs Site Audit)
  • Regularly verify that all articles don’t have any errors
    • Broken Links
    • Too Large of Images
    • Too Long / Short Title Tag
    • Too Long / Short Meta Data
    • Any Other Negative on Ubersuggest, AHrefs, SEMrush


  • Location Page Management:
  • Ensure new and existing location pages have up-to-date doctor information.
  • Facilitate the creation and verification of Google, Apple, and Yelp listings for new locations.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with other teams to align content strategy with overall marketing goals.
  • Regularly report on content performance and suggest improvements.

  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Adapt content strategy to reflect changes in search engine algorithms and user behavior.
  • Data Reporting
  • Reporting of the KPI surrounding SEO data will be tracked here. Website Tactical Gains (Monday EOD)
  • Backlink Building
  • Utilize UberSuggest and other tools to identify potential backlinks for our company.
  • ***Send 25 emails daily to the owners of the websites we want to backlink to
    • Health, Dental websites
  • Track email success Backlinking Emails Data Tracking Backlinking Emails
  • Write Guest Blogs for the backlinks we are able to build (help from Chris)

  • Weekly Focus Documents
  • Complettion of Weekly Focus documents allow for deep work thinking on what is the most important tasks this week. Julia Weekly Focus Doc

Results:

  • Consistent publication of high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs, contributing to increased web traffic and engagement.
  • Effective management of GMB posts, enhancing local search visibility and customer interaction.
  • Maintained integrity and performance of the website through proficient use of Webflow.
  • Up-to-date and fully optimized location pages, ensuring maximum online visibility and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated growth in web traffic, user engagement, and lead generation through effective content strategies.
  • 20 New Backlinks / Month

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO, content creation, and web management.
  • Proficiency in using Webflow and understanding of CMS platforms.
  • Ability to write engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly blogs consistently.
  • Strong understanding of local SEO and experience managing GMB listings.
  • 20 New Backlinks / Month
  • Create all new Yelp, GMB, Apple listings
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Availability for slack messages and calls
  • Online and actively working during the hours of 8am-5pm Mountain
