smartdept. inc. is searching for aDirect Marketing Analyst for a technology client based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This is a fully remote, part-time (20 hrs/week), 12-monthcontract opportunity. The pay for this position is expected to be $35/hr - $38/hr depending on level of experience.
What You'll Do:
- Generate and deliver lists for direct mail, email, and social media
- Create new or modify existing audience selection criteria, using ActionIQ, by collaborating with business partners and team members to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team on target audience activities (i.e. project documentation, test design setup, promo history updates, etc.)
- Ensure targeted list pulls are quality controlled, timely, accurate, and effectively identify the most relevant customer populations
- Generate ad-hoc target selection universe counts, waterfall counts, and communicate findings/reports on moderately complex marketing campaigns
- Troubleshoot issues with lists and data as they arise and see these issues through to resolution
What You'll Need:
- 1+ year of ActionIQ experience
- 1-2+ years of Marketing Analyst/data analyst experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and resolve data/targeting issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment
