Manage complex. Cross-functional projects impacting multiple processes and systems
This person needs to be well rounded, they need to be technical enough to perform a deep dive analysis on high volumes of data and also have the skill set to produce findings from the analysis and recommend business process changes as a result.
It is understood there will be a ramp-up period for this individual but we need it to be short. Key for us is that we have a self starter that takes initiative and isn’t simply an order. The ideal candidate will be high energy, able to work in a dynamic environment, disciplined, results-oriented, agile and open to change with the ability to fulfil late-breaking and changing requirements in an expedient manner. This person needs to contribute more than they take, we can’t have someone that requires a lot of support and consumes more of our bandwidth than they give back.
Deliverables
Deliverables include, but not limited to:
- Detailed analysis of complex, high volume data
- Development of dynamic, flexible, and robust metrics dashboard
- Business requirements gathering, presentation, etc
- Scheduling, cross-functional engagement and management, managing project deliverables, tracking of open issues and driving to closures etc
- Process workflows & documentation
- Collaborate and manage an offshore data analysis team to deliverable results
Mandatory Skills & Experiences:
- Experience in working with and analyzing large amounts of data
- Knowledge of statistics, Six Sigma preferred
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Experience on automation and macros
- Experience on supply chain or engineering desirable
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work comfortably in a cross-functional environment
- An independent, self-starter
- Structured with an ability to identify and drive systematic change and data improvement over time
- Experience with Agile, SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Technical Skills:
