Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate safe and supportive relationshl supports via natural supports
- Assist individuals with developing socialization, meal preparation, and personal hygiene skills.
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, shopping, and recreation activities.
- Assist individuals to identify and facilitate volunteer opportunities or paid employment.
- Complete training based on the needs of the individuals
- Complete in-house documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray and physical will be required
- Background check will be required
- Valid drivers' license with an acceptable driving record required.
- Current CPR Certification a plus
- Med Trained a plus
