We will train you extensively in our recovery and treatment approaches and provide you with a rewarding professional experience. Our residential, outreach, and Direct Care Staff establish life changing relationships with our participants and provide opportunities to optimize their independence, rehabilitation and recovery. Successful staff can also find opportunities within our large and diverse system of care for lateral and upward mobility.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but can be substituted for an abundance of heart and the ability to establish caring, meaningful relationships. Written and verbal communication skills are critical as is the ability to work with computers. All positions require a background screening including a CORI and motor vehicle record check, as well as a reliable vehicle for work use.

Starting at $19.00 an hour
