Direct Care Float

Floats work in any of our homes where a Direct Care Professional staff is needed. They are similar to E-Floats but receive their schedule the week prior to working. Floats assist ACR residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities.

Rate of Pay:

$17.50/hour for day and evening shifts 

$19.50/hour for weekend shifts

$19.50/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts

$21.50/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday)
