This is a front of the house position; exceptional Hospitality service skills with a can-do attitude are a must!
Essential Functions and Key Tasks:
- Responsible for running the point-of-sale system and assist Residents and guests as needed.
- Set up and restock product, displays, coolers and workstations as needed.
- Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks or carts.
- Make sure the Residents and Guest are being taken care of and the dining room looks clean and presentable at all times.
- Provide excellent hospitality service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking residents and guest entering and exiting the restaurants.
- In addition, the Waitstaffworks with and takes direction from the Dining room Manager and supervisors.
Waitstaff Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be dependable and have excellent hospitality service skills
- Must be able to pull and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player
