The Schedule:
Hours: 10:30am – 5:45pm
6 days per pay period (bi-weekly)
Job Duties:
- Servers are responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding safe food handling.
- Delivers food on a timely basis.
- Light prep and portion food and beverage items for meal service
- Performs dining room checklists to ensure readiness, cleanliness, safety, and Department of Health compliance.
- Performs and ensures dining room set-up and re-set of tables is in accordance with dining room procedures.
- Assists with all special events and catering functions in a variety of areas throughout the community.
- Maintain a clean work area by assisting with washing all pots, pans, and cooking utensils used to prepare a meal.
- Restock the supplies in the kitchen and maintain, clean, and organize the supply room.
- Required to clear, sanitize, and set tables, remove garbage from the kitchen thoroughly review and complete daily checklist of duties for maintaining and cleaning kitchen and dining areas.
- Keep areas free of hazardous objects and conditions. Handle chemical and cleaning supplies in a safe manner, in accordance with regulations and department procedures.
- Follows and completes daily task assignments, ensuring all work is completed properly and in a timely manner.
- Any other task or duty assigned by the management team.
