Dining Room Host/ Hostess

A Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by

helping to make a difference for every guest through Chick-fil-A’s Second Mile Service

procedures. As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will welcome &; greet guests, maintain

cleanliness in the Dining Room and restrooms, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and

ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who

enjoy serving others. Position with availability between the hours of 8am-3pm &; 3pm -10pm

Monday-Saturday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting Guests
• Cleaning Tables, floors, and windows as needed
• Refreshing Beverages
• Clearing trays and trash from guests
• Restocking supplies
• Table touch-ins to ensure all guests feel welcomed in the Dining Room
• Maintaining a clean store environment
• Clean restrooms (Trash, floors, etc.)
• Dining room trash taken out regularly
• Expedite orders to guests and assisting flow of front counter versus mobile guest

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to clean public areas, including: restrooms, dining areas, and floors
• Must be able to work speak with guests to provide them with the Chick-fil-A hospitable experience.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
