General Responsibilities

Our Dining Room Attendants are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality

service and hospitality to our guests.

The Dining Room Attendant's responsibility is to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests, and to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.


  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in our Dining Rooms including cleaning tables, floors, windows, restrooms, and other guest service areas
  • Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
  • Understand all tenets of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE) and Creating Emotional Connections (EC).
  • Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level.
  • Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery.
  • Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift.
  • Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster.
  • Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook

  • Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.


Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Works on feet for several hours at a time in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be available to work 20 hours per week
  • Must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays
