Provides Epic training and support for NHMG and NHCC team members and enhances team member competency in Epic documentation. Serves Novant Health Medical Group and Novant Health Community Connect as a leader in Epic ambulatory applications that supports the electronic medical record through the ongoing delivery of live and virtual classroom training and monitoring of the Dimensions Ambulatory Training Program.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: Minimum four years of training experience with Epic applications Required
- Licensure/Certification: Credentialed and actively training all of the following Epic Ambulatory applications (EpicCare, Cadence, and Resolute), required.
- Additional Skills (required): Knowledge of current and future trends/practices in education and training. Possess strong interpersonal relationship skills; experience in development of learning plans, principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models, team/classroom facilitation; office and AV equipment; project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills, resource management; delivers training as the expert application trainer for new and existing team members; understanding of customer needs, expectations, and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities in multiple markets as needed, and successfully manage multiple ongoing training and support projects.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Provides professional consultation regarding Epic applications for NHMG and NHCC clinics. Assists with optimization of applications with NHCC while in the field.
