Where We Need You:
Protiviti Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Consultant to work with our amazing roster of clients to develop and manage end-to-end Paid Media and PPC campaigns as part of larger media and marketing engagements. This position plays a key role in driving the strategic development and growth for our clients.
What You Can Expect:
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You'll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You'll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.
What Will Help You Be Successful:
  • Hands-on experience in digital media strategy.
  • Ability to dive into accounts and find opportunities for performance improvement to maximize ROI via ongoing optimization and can clearly communicate those optimizations and results to a broad audience.
  • Forming client strategy across channels to achieve key business priorities, marketing targets, performance goals, and KPIs.
  • Accountable for client communications inclusive of slack, email, weekly calls related to you work as a Media partner, and partner with the cross functional team of Business and technical experts to services the end-to-end needs of your client(s).
  • Leveraging data, tools, market research, and competitive trends to generate strategic insights.
  • Applying insights to develop strategic recommendations in the form of client presentations, strategic frameworks, and informed points of view.
  • Managing strategic partnerships including Managed Service providers, and data providers to ensure clients have appropriate resources.
  • Collaborating with creative, media, and technology teams internally, and potentially external partners and agencies, to ensure the viability of ideas and concepts.
  • Leading research, ideation, and/or brainstorming sessions with internal and client teams.
  • Identifying "course corrections" for adjusting strategy based on performance, business, or landscape shifts in the programmatic space.
  • Partnering with Business Development and other channel leads to serve as the strategy expert to support new business opportunities.

  • A deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta & Programmatic.

  • Manage all aspects of a Paid Media campaign.
  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
  • Manage and optimize social and display campaigns across multiple devices.
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages.
  • Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI.
  • Manage and create end-to-end PPC programs and seek new areas of opportunity through keyword analysis, campaign strategy, ad copy development, etc.
  • Present media strategies and recommendations to a wide variety of clients, dialing up and down the level of detail depending on your audience's level and knowledge of search.
  • Ensure campaigns utilize best PPC/Paid Search guidelines.
  • Proactively manage relationships with search engines.
  • Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance.
  • Develop and present weekly and monthly client reporting performance.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, including presentations of strategies to clients and prospects
  • Advance knowledge of SEM and SEO a plus
  • Experience with online marketing metrics such as ROI, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, cost-per-lead, conversion rate, average order size, etc.
  • Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a geographically distributed team.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search and other media channels; agency experience
  • Certification in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with Adobe Ad Cloud, Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Excel a plus
  • 2-5 yrs. total work experience; Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area

Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$104,000.00 - $156,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$114,400.00 - $171,600.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
