Our small, agile, diverse entrepreneurial group is looking for a Project Managerto join the team and help us with our growing list of clients in healthcare. To be successful, you’ll need to use and hone your attention to detail to help bring our work to market - from start to finish. The drive to deliver excellent work and client service, centered on great relationships, is at the core of Ascender's business.

What you'll do as the Project Manager

Manage Projects - Manage multiple brands and projects - HCP, Consumer & Patient - including websites, banners, email programs, social media, and print from initiation to completion

Create and monitor timelines to ensure that teams have the space and time to develop great creative work while meeting client needs

Organize tasks in our project management software, ensure dates are properly entered, assign tasks to resources where necessary

Run daily hot sheets including setting deliverables for the day and documenting next steps

Collaborate with internal teams to successfully meet client requests and goals

Track ongoing changes throughout the project lifecycle, and actively reconcile estimates to actuals

Support team on regulatory compliance/Veeva submissions

Represent Ascender by serving as an ambassador for the company and nurture relationships with clients and vendors which ultimately help further grow the company

Experience you’ll bring to the table

• Three or more years working in a similar role, preferably at digital-centric company
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, comms, psych, soc) or relevant experience
• More than just basic experience and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management platforms (i.e. SmartSheet, ActiveCollab, Workfront PHQ, Veeva, etc.)
• PMP Certification preferrred
