Digital Producer - Temporary/Freelance
Position is based in Detroit, MI (EST). In an effort of optimize team collaboration, interested applicants should be in EST or CST for consideration.

  • Manages the following projects, requires fundamental knowledge of each
    • Display advertising (OLA)
    • Websites
    • Design/UX, SEO and technical projects and digital consultations
  • Lead digital production teams, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure the team is effective, efficient, and motivated
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to deliver digital products that meet business requirements and user needs
  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
  • Ensure that all digital products and services meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, status reports, and risk assessments
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring that they are kept informed of project status and can make informed decisions
  • Ensure that all digital products and services are fully tested, meet security standards, and are ready for launch/delivery
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance and improvement of digital products and services, ensuring that they continue to meet business requirements and user needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to the development of digital products and services

Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital products and services
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams, managing client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including web development, mobile development, content management systems, and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to the development of digital products and services.
