Position Overview:
As a Digital Process Automation Developer, you will utilize cutting-edge tools and best practices in development to create tailored solutions aimed at automating and enhancing business processes, ranging from straightforward to intricate.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both IT and business teams to identify, design, implement, and rollout solutions that meet Motiva's standards, ensuring scalability and adherence to company policies.Extensive collaboration across various departments and levels is essential, along with the capacity to analyze complex business issues and strategize and execute plans that tackle challenges and capitalize on opportunities within the downstream oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities:

• Managing existing custom business process applications and implementing new solutions to support evolving business needs.
  
• Architecting, designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications with a focus on quality and security.
  
• Handling multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently.
  
• Reviewing functional requirements, analysis, and design documents and providing valuable feedback.
  
• Preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis.
  
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
  
• Independently prioritizing and completing critical assignments as part of a project team.
  
• Participating in and leading architecture and code reviews.
  
• Identifying process inefficiencies and quality improvements to promote continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborating with team members to establish and operate a Digital Enablement Center of Excellence.
  
• Cultivating a collaborative environment with other IT groups and third-party partners.
  
• Working with IT architects and security teams to ensure solution designs are efficient and secure.
  
• Representing Motiva and Motiva IT professionally in all interactions with external parties.
  

Experience and Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
  
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and RPA (UIPath, Automation Anywhere)
  
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  
• Ability to support multiple development efforts independently and as part of a team.
  
• Excellent written, and verbal communication, and multitasking skills.
  
• Understanding of data and data governance principles.
  
• Experience with SQL or similar language.
  
• Ability to analyze and design business process improvements.
  
• Proven ability to manage business expectations while meeting requirements.
  
• Action-oriented with high energy and results-driven mindset.
  
• Capability to implement best practices and improvements in day-to-day work.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through previous work experiences.
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in multicultural environments.
  
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, presentation).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in .Net or equivalent programming languages
  
• Working knowledge of network architecture
  
• Knowledge or experience with Azure/AWS capabilities is advantageous.
