Digital Print Operator And Bindery Professional

A printing company in Newbury Park looking for a FULL-TIME employee to fill our Digital Print Operator and Bindery position. We are seeking a hard-working, motivated, and conscientious individual to join our team and grow with us.

• This is a full-time position but we focus on work/life balance so you will work 35 Hours a week but we pay you for 40 hours!

Responsibilities:

• Digital press Operator and Bindery person preferred
• CNC experience is a plus.
• Reliability - the ability to commute and show up for work every day and on time
• Capable communication skills -can assist clients at the counter, via email or over the phone
• Bindery, laminating, cutting paper, and various other bindery
• Computer skills - good understanding of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite Programs
• We can teach you how to monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results. How to conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of printed materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Additional duties such as operating a forklift, learning how to operate a CNC machine, packing, shipping, etc.
• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. also required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a digital press Operator and Bindery knowledge is a must.
• Experience in bindery is preferred and we can teach how to run a Digital Printing press.
• Knowledge of machining processes and equipment used in printing operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Basic computer knowledge and experience is required
• Basic measurement understanding (ability to use a ruler)
