Personal Shopper

Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance with any inquiries
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Demonstrate expertise in specific areas such as jewelry sales, technical sales, technology sales, or wireless sales
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions with accuracy
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in [languages] is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
