Groundskeeper/Maintenance

We are located 10 minutes from Hwy 270 and 15 minutes from Hwy 40.

The groundskeeping/maintenance main responsibility is to maintain grounds. This task is broken down into several duties performed throughout the day or at other regular intervals, such as:

· Pulling and spraying

· Keep outside front entrance clean

· Emptying trash cans

· Changing air filters and cleaning vents

· Cleaning siding and porches

· Washing windows

· Using equipment such as but not limited to: line trimmer, chemical sprayer, power washer, small tractor, chainsaw broom, mop etc.

· Clean and service groundskeeping/maintenance equipment as needed

· Collecting and taking out trash.

· Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the Environmental Services Director

· Work as part of a team to execute cleaning duties and to make sure that standards (of neatness/cleanliness) are maintained

· Assist housekeeping and maintenance as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
