We are in search of outstanding talent for our Digital Media Sales & Business Development position. You will be Grey Street Digital’s ‘ambassador’ to prospective new clients. This ideal candidate will be passionate about helping businesses succeed, committed to excellence, and most importantly, loves to engage and add value to the people they connect with on a regular basis.


As a Digital Media Sales & Business Development professional, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing strategy and advertising solutions to potential new clients as well as maintain client relationships with existing clients. This is a sales position, but our goal is to impact multiple industries by educating prospects on the importance of a strong digital marketing strategy that matches their business goals. As a leader in the digital ad industry, we provide our clients with top-notch service that supports their business objectives first and foremost. This is an outstanding full-time opportunity for someone interested in a fun, fast-paced, and challenging B2B Sales environment.


Responsibilities: May include but not limited to..

  • Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources
  • Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their digital marketing needs
  • Develop customized digital strategy to reach their goals
  • Own the entire client journey from prospecting, sales, and continued account management
  • Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Potential travel for company, vendor meetings and industry related conferences

Do you have what it takes to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of digital/Media Sales experience
  • Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential digital advertisers and drive to develop new sales opportunities
  • An understanding of digital marketing strategy and a passion for the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Sales experience with strong relationship building and a desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace
  • Proven past success in all aspects of the sales cycle including confronting challenges, & asking difficult questions
  • Ability to travel and meet with potential customers as needed in person
  • Strong desire to communicate effectively, authentically and concisely with business owners & top-level executives
  • Working knowledge of CRM programs, project management tools & Google Workspace programs (Google Adwords and Meta Business Suite experience a Plus)
  • Proficiency with various office suite programs
