Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Specialist, an integral part of the team to drive key marketing initiatives and promote the company’s mission and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support and establish working relationships with the broader, 65+ person marketing team to build brand awareness, generate leads and drive revenue for the company.
- Hands-on management of Google tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Work with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize performance and ensure digital marketing efficacy.
- Develop, measure, test and optimize paid marketing channels regularly, including Google PPC advertising, YouTube ads, and Facebook ads.
- Coordinate various digital marketing campaign assets such as tracking, landing pages, ad copy, and more.
- Ensure all appropriate tracking is in place to produce accurate reporting for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze, report, visualize, and effectively communicate monthly and quarterly performance reports to provide insights and uncover opportunities that drive more leads and revenue.
- Provide ongoing support through regular digital marketing campaign audits and industry research to stay ahead of competitors.
- Troubleshoot issues and field questions as needed to assist brand marketing teams and key stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local marketing plans, operations strategy, and budgets.
- Utilize project management tools for day-to-day execution and collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Stay current on digital trends, products, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising and campaign optimization, search engine optimization, lead generation, and reporting KPIs
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Microsoft PowerBI, or Tableau
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas and generate tables and visuals
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, CRM platforms, and website or landing page creation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
- Results-oriented, analytical, and a problem-solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment, multi-location experience a plus
