As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take the helm of our digital storytelling, creating mouth-watering content that showcases our culinary delights and

vibrant atmosphere. From strategizing to shooting, editing, and posting, your creative content will span across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and

TikTok.

What We Expect:

• Strategic Execution: Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to craft and implement compelling Digital Marketing and social media campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Content Creation: Spearhead our social media efforts by curating, posting, and scheduling diverse content. Your goal? To enhance user engagement and inspire action.
• Community Engagement: Monitor user-generated content and interact with our community promptly and appropriately. Your voice will help shape our online presence.
• Influencer Collaboration: Forge and maintain relationships with influencers, extending our brand reach and authenticity.
• Innovation and Creativity: Actively participate in the brainstorming and execution of digital content, including promotions, ad campaigns, and email marketing strategies.
• Market Awareness: Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry news, ensuring our strategies remain ahead of the curve.
• Copywriting Excellence: Support our marketing team with top-notch copywriting and copyediting skills, ensuring our message is clear, compelling, and brand aligned.

Your Tools:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media.
• Skills: A deep understanding of social media platforms and content marketing. Proficiency in social tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Bitly) is essential.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a strong background in copywriting.
• Attitude: A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Availability for evening and weekend events.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Facebook Meta Business Suite, social media analytics and reporting, email marketing, photography, photo editing, and specifically, restaurant marketing.
