This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be part of supporting the day-to-day management of our digital marketing programs while creating and implementing digital marketing email campaigns, paid social, and digital creative and content that support expansion and growth of the company.

What you will do:

• Collaboration and implementation of email programs to execute the email marketing strategy
• Leading the implementation of email through our marketing tools –Marketing Cloud, SugarSell and SugarMarket
• Manage email marketing processes - workflows, segmentation, list management, testing, reporting, and optimization
• Execute all email campaigns to support marketing and sales lead generation and all other company initiatives
• Create landing pages to support email campaigns
• A/B and multivariate email and email campaign testing
• Ensure email compliance and spam regulations (CAN-SPAM)
• Create digital content that is action-oriented
• Responsible for putting together an organic social media program

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, SugarSell, SugarMarket, basic CSS & HTML5 and Litmus
• Previous, applicable experience in B2C and B2B in a highly compliant industry
• Hands on experience building out and deploying email campaigns across multiple UIs and optimizing towards KPIs
• Experience with A/B and multivariate email campaign testing.
• Highly creative with an eye for content that drives action
• Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, time management and proactive approach to getting things done
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced agile remote environment as a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 5%); will include some overnight travel
• Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Primary functions require the ability to communicate over the phone and in person effectively and clearly with individuals suffering from hearing loss. Physical ability and mobility to regularly stand or sit for prolonged periods of time and use tablet, cell phone and keyboard and monitor requiring close vision; occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, reach, twist, and grasp, may lift and move equipment/boxes up to 10 pounds.

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

• Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)
• Keyboarding (70-90%)
• Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)
• May lift or move boxes (up to 10 pounds)

Work Environment
100% Remote: Work environment is at home.

Compensation:
