We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our small, yet nimble, Digital Marketing team.

As our Marketing Manager, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. You will be responsible for assigning key tasks to other members of the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, optimize SEO, and analyze data to improve campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have EXCELLENT leadership skills, strong analytical skills, Digital Marketing experience, and shares our passion for art, food, pop culture, and the Paint N Pour brand.

**This is a full time, remote hybrid position. This role is 90% remote work, with occasional in person meetings and site visits depending on the needs of the business. Expect roughly 2-4 in person meetings monthly at our NYC locations. Candidate must be local to NYC metro area. This position reports directly to our CEO**

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Curate creative Digital Marketing strategies relevant to our customer base.
• Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future services
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to CEO and executive management team
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets for Digital Marketing campaigns

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline--preferred but not required
• 6+ years of social media marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills. Must know how to analyze historical sales and marketing data
• Experience using Google Analytics and all social media advertising platforms
• Ability to lead a team and assign tasks to marketing staff to achieve a desired result
• Solid understanding of millennials, Gen Z, and latest pop culture trends
• Strong communication skills; oral, verbal and written
• Teamwork oriented

Pay: $77,941.00 - $86,337.00 per year
