Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid search pay-per-click (PPC) and app campaigns in Google AdWords, ETC. so they meet the target Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across a diverse range of initiatives (eg: revenue generation, new subscribers, new product awareness).
- Design, execute, manage, analyze and optimize online marketing campaigns across the following channels: SEO, SEM, display media, social media, email, and shopping feeds.
- Build and maintain brand awareness in the digital space.
- Develop and manage blog outreach, link building, retargeting, and content marketing projects.
- Perform regular analytics and develop strategies and recommendations based upon data using SEMRush and Google Analytics.
- Communicate results and strategies to company leaders.
- Identify new opportunities to increase online visibility.
- Perform competitive analysis and monitor search positioning.
- Generate keyword lists, ad copy, and any other campaign assets.
- Research keywords for inclusion and exclusion. Monitor keyword position.
- Adjust and update ad assets, including text ads, video ads, graphical display ads or banner ads.
- Adjust and optimize marketing campaigns/keywords and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions in order to hit return on ad spend (ROAS) targets as directed using feedback & input from Senior leadership.
- Pull platform reporting to help keep campaign reports up to date.
- Stay on top of new platform updates and features.
- Demonstrate curiosity about developing stronger analytical skills to measure and report on marketing programs and KPIs.
- Lead and mentor Marketing team including social media specialist, Lifestyle photographer and graphic designer. Facilitate alignment of initiatives against the core strategy.
- Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and findings.
- Complete special projects as needed.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates.
- Manage Marketing budget. Process invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Contribute to improvements to the internal process to streamline efforts and ensure all timelines and deadlines are met.
- Facilitate briefings with cross-functional teams including Media, Social, and Influencers and guide alignment of initiatives against the core strategy.
- Lead and continually update marketing and planning materials for internal and external purposes (e.g., property plans, one-sheets, calendars, executive presentations, etc.).
- Partner tightly with executives ensuring info-share, strategic alignment and creative execution consistencies.
Experience/Skill Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
- 5+ years experience in Marketing, eCommerce, and/or Project management.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing a team with the ability to grow high potential employees.
- Technical proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Excellent communication, organization and planning skills.
- Proficient in social media trends and current digital platforms.
- Proven experience managing a team with the ability to grow high potential employees.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills and a keen understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently while communicating and collaborating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Expertise in digital with a strong understanding of video, social, OTT, and emerging formats.
- Informed perspective on the overall media landscape, trends, consumption habits, and challenges.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and extremely creative, creative problem solver.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, strong understanding of Keynote and other Microsoft Office or presentation products.
- Strong aesthetic/design ability is a requirement.
