Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Lead to join our Navigate360 marketing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various online channels. Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage all aspects of Digital Marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Utilize a mix of digital channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Create and curate compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Digital Marketing, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on lead generation, brand building, and customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Digital Marketing campaigns and driving measurable results in a fast paced, results oriented culture.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proficiency with the following:
    • Marketing Automation tools, preferably HubSpot
      • Reporting, Emails, Landing Pages, Workflows, etc.
    • Project Management tools, preferably Asana
    • MS Office suite of products: SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and particularly Excel
    • Google Ads
    • Facebook Ads
    • Google Looker Studio
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Strong familiarity with managing content and ads on social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated success with digital advertising campaigns including tactical experience managing the development and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in EdTech or public safety technology, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these industries.
  • Familiarity with multi-product ecosystems and the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that effectively promote multiple products or solutions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with the following:
    • Google Analytics 4
    • Semrush
    • Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Canva
  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Creative, Video)
  • HubSpot Digital Advertising Certification
  • Experience with streaming content advertising, such as YouTube or Spotify.
  • Experience with creating or editing videos for digital advertising.
  • Experience with WordPress as content management system.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.

Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
