Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing and IT analyst.
Job Description: The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services. The candidate will enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers. The IT aspect of the role will be to be a liaison with the third-party IT solutions provider.
Digital Marketing:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you must maintain a professional and consistent image for the company’s brand. You are expected to work closely with the Marketing Director to stay at the forefront of industry trends. Duties will often include the following:
• Research advertising trends.
• Research competitors’ products and offers.
• Help determine appropriate placement and ad spending.
• Determine what content will reach customers and develop product content.
• Publish Digital Marketing content online.
• Implement email marketing campaigns.
• Measure digital traffic.
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor project status and budgets.
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
• Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
• Help research content, design, and execute:
• SEO, SEM, Social Media, Blogs, Email Marketing, SMS
• Digital Sales Presentations
• Corporate email signatures
• Email templates
• Print advertising
· Collateral - Digital and Print Platforms.
IT Liaison:
As an IT analyst, the candidate's primary responsibility is to assist the IT vendor as a corporate liaison. You will work closely and assist the Controller and CFO. Other duties will include:
· Ensure computers and laptops are prepped for third-party IT solutions provider.
· Minimal download of software.
· Ordering new laptops and PCs and maintaining inventory.
· Assist third-party IT solutions provider requests for troubleshooting.
· Basic IT hardware and software knowledge.
· Microsoft Office professional who can pull reports from NAV for social media budgeting and lead/closing analysis.
· Request and coordinate usernames and passwords for new employees.
