As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support and work along the side with the Moving Help marketing team to help create content, videos, monitor and copy edit campaigns for Moving Help Social Media platforms, our blog and multiple websites. Our Digital Marketing intern will learn and come up with ideas; monitor and create content for Social Media, and be able to measure success on ads, posts, video. This person will be responsible for working on Social Media campaigns and creating informational content for our blog. This person will work alongside the marketing team to determine opportunities for improving our website, services, and advertisement.

Responsibilities:
- Developing Social Media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all Social Media platforms, including writing and editing Social Media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting Social Media campaigns
- Help plan content for our blog and the creation of articles
- Work with copywriters and appropriate teams to ensure content is following the strategy proposed for the quarter
- Communicating with Social Media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner, engage with users who are discussing moving and or need for movers on Social Media
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the Social Media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Create, edit, and monitor email marketing campaigns
- Do keyword research and learn on user engagement and the basics of SEO
- Create and edit blog post articles by doing keyword and market research to create helpful content for our customers
- Be part of the creation or edition of surveys to learn about our customers and create strategies to better serve them
