Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, high energy, data driven and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead and drive the development and execution of our fully integrated cross-channel Digital Marketing programs across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing & Merchandising this position is responsible for management of all online advertising programs and partnerships and for meeting all traffic, revenue and profit goals for each digital program.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
Digital marketing is paramount to the growth of online traffic, sales and new customer acquisition. This role will lead the development, execution and expansion of new and existing online marketing programs across all brands.

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit, and new customers through managing and directing multiple channels of Digital Marketing including SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, Display, Retargeting and others.
  • Develop Digital Marketing plans based on the merchandising, digital, and print programs to support integrated marketing efforts
  • Manage a large scale online marketing agency relationship to prioritize resources and meet the sales/spending/efficiency goals
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership to explain results and evangelize Digital Marketing programs
  • Forecast and budget the spending to meet the sales and efficiency goals.
  • Develop strong analytics and reporting by partnering with finance, web analytics and CRM groups to effectively measure program performance and maximize ROI
  • Consolidate company initiatives and brand support requests to develop the Digital Marketing calendar to meet sales goals
  • Partner with creative resources to ensure our brands have compelling and engaging content for the Digital Marketing ad space
  • Consistently focus on innovating programs for continual improvement as well as to test and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape
  • Expand our marketing to additional channels
  • Manage and expand all advertising campaigns
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for Digital Marketing initiatives and making necessary adjustments in real time.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns and report back on performance (KPI/ROI) to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven decisions and adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of Digital Marketing efforts and to gather needed assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels and campaigns.
  • Work to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the digital space.
  • Lead, monitor and analyze A/B testing to improve Digital Marketing results.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external Digital Marketing vendors and agencies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience Required:

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
  • Advanced skill in Digital Marketing and analytics tools
  • Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.
  • Google Analytics / LookerStudio Experience
  • Adaptable, versatile, and the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent financial and analytic abilities.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Highly organized and Data focused.
