Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital presence and engagement across various marketing platforms. This position will require proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, and a willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design engaging social media posts, graphics, and visuals using Canva or other design tools.
• Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms, adhering to content calendars.
• Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive online presence.
• Provide support for the planning and execution of digital events and campaigns.
• Assist with podcast editing, including audio editing and content upload.
• Meet project deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Collaborate with team members and take on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing social media graphics and posts.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
• Adept at learning new platforms and technologies quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with online communities.
• Basic understanding of social media management, trends, and best practices.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience with client accounts is a plus but not required.
• US-based or Canadian (or similar time zone + educated in a native English-speaking country, e.g. US, Canada, Australia, UK, etc)

Compensation: We offer an hourly wage ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
