This person will also assist with tracking top customer friction points.

Foot Locker, Inc. is searching for a Digital Insights Analyst to join our eCommerce Organization. This data driven individual will help lead Foot Locker’s Digital Insights team to help deepen our understanding of our site experience and provide actionable insights to improve global conversion. This role is responsible for analyzing our global digital performance and providing actionable insights to internal business stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate insights that impact weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
- Track CX and financial impact on all major incidents that occur on our websites.
- Support eCommerce organization by completing ad hoc reporting requests.
- Support digital production releases by monitoring trends and customer feedback.
Evolution of Digital Intelligence
- Assist in building and maintaining a backlog of top digital detractors and clearly measuring the impact to revenue and customer experience.
- Track production deployments and digital interruptions such as site outages, heavy bot traffic, and reseller activity.
- Assist in establishing performance metrics and baselines for various projects across Digital.
Communication
- Partner with various eCommerce teams to enhance reporting and performance measurement and conduct detailed analysis work when required.
- Effectively communicate technical topics with non-technical team members.
- Deliver sensibly curated insights that decision-makers care about for prioritization purposes, strategic projects, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, business, or marketing. Masters preferred.
- Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- 1-3 years’ experience with business and digital analytics.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Power Query.
- Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce, usability principles, and site technologies.
- Must have the ability to combine various data sources to tell a cohesive story.
- Desire to solve complex problems using analytical skills.
- Ability to consolidate and package results and insights into well-organized, consumable presentations with actionable recommendations and strategies.
- Experience with qualitative customer survey/NPS data. Inmoment experience is preferred.
- Experience working with or interest in learning basic Python.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual embodying curiosity and an appetite to improve our customer experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, departments, locations, and organizations.
The annual base salary range is $50000-$62000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
