About the Role:
Ei is looking for an outstanding Digital-First Turnaround Planner to support our customers plan large turnaround events using our Ei Everywhere 'Google Maps for the Plant' 3D Digital Twin portal (see 60 Second Demo video). The ideal candidate should be very good with computers and technology, should be frustrated with 'the old ways' of doing things, and should be passionate about working in a team environment to find a better way.
Needed Skills
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering (with field experience in Refining / Petrochemical) and/or extensive Turnaround planning experience;
- Strong aptitude for using the latest-and-greatest technology tools (both at work and at home;
- Strong communication and organization skills, as well as a 'team-first' mentality;
- Willingness to support (and transform) onsite Turnaround Planning workflows using Digital Twin technology;
- Strong aptitude with technology, including Excel, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and other tech tools; and
- Willingness to learn new skills and technology.
Must Haves
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC
- Must be able to commute daily to Norco, Louisiana

Salary Range: 75-100k DOE
