Digital Experience Intern, Summer 2024

As a Digital Experience Intern, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our digital presence, user experience, and customer journey across various digital channels.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with the Digital Banking team to support website content management and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Product Development and Marketing to ensure a cohesive Digital Experience across channels.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and best practices in user experience, website design, and digital marketing.
• Utilize your knowledge of web development languages (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to create responsive web elements and interactive features.
• Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure that web assets are functioning correctly across various browsers and platforms.
• Software implementation, testing, and other workflow enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Web Development, Digital/User Design, or a related field.
• Experience with web development languages preferred but not required (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of the latest Digital trends and techniques.
• Experience in the banking industry and/or sales is beneficial, but not required.
• Eagerness to Learn.
