Job DescriptionJob Title:Digital Delivery Manager
Location: Lexington, MA
About the role:As the Digital Delivery Manager, you will develop and manage digital initiatives across several departments such as Manufacturing, Manufacturing Sciences, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Automation, EHS, Finance, Procurement, HR, and others). You will lead a team of Digital Analysts and be a program/portfolio leader to develop consultative relationships with stakeholders. You will report to the Digital, Data and Technology Lead.
How you will contribute:Identify opportunities to improve and refine your teams processes and implement improvements
Collaborate with application subject matter experts (SMEs) to understanding systems and interfaces ensuring good data quality of the data exchange during usage.
Work with business and technology leaders brainstorming solutions, develop strategic business cases and build digital roadmaps; with a focus on execution
Encourage the use of existing digital technologies to automate and simplify repetitive tasks
Drive the digital transformation programs and projects by leading teams in building capabilities and deliver results utilizing your Project Management skills
Expertly control project financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing purchase orders and accruals for both Capex & Opex expenditures
Provide coaching to business and technology resources managing smaller projects within the Digital Transformation portfolio
Exhibit a continuous improvement (CI) mindset to automate and simplify repetitive tasks
Collaborate with application SMEs to understand needs and ensuring architectural solutions meet their requirements, cyber security, and regulatory standards
Lead, coach, and motivate across all levels of the organization to drive transformational change.
Gather, understand, and document business processes, objectives, specifications, and requirements on medium/large size projects.
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business.
10+ years' experience applying information systems solutions to business problems. 5+ years of leadership experience
Good understanding of the available Digital technology platforms and their applicability in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Data Visualization & Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, IoT/IIoT, Paperless technologies, Digital Twin, AR/VR/XR, Biometric authentication, AI Companion).
Experience in JIRA, Service Now, SharePoint, Dashboarding Tools, Microsoft Teams, MS Visio, MS Project.
Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training.
Experience in Manufacturing, Process and Pharmaceuticals industrial preferred
Working knowledge of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management, SDLC, Computer Validation, Data Integrity Compliance and IT Resiliency

- Work in a controlled environments requiring special gowning. Will be required to follow gowning requirements and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body
- No make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish or artificial fingernails may be worn in the manufacturing environment.
- Will work in a cold and/or wet environment.
- May be required to work in a confined area.
- Some Clean Room and cool/hot storage conditions.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 35lbs.
- In general, your work will be a combination of sedentary work and walking around observing conditions in the facility
- Must be able to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Access to transportation to attend meetings off-site.
- Can travel to meetings regionally and globally.
