About the Job:
You will be responsible for taking ownership of Toyota's digital customer experience platform, MyToyota. MyToyota will be the single end-customer point of contact to digitally engage with Toyota Material Handling and Toyota affiliates such as dealers and other partners. MyToyota includes digital customer experience and digital commerce functions. This position is responsible for developing, elaborating and documenting functional and technical requirements for new development and enhancements across MyToyota. This role will own the digital product development backlog and be the internal subject matter expert (SME) on MyToyota features and capabilities. This is a change agent role and the associate will be asked to inspire change and help prepare our network for change.

About the Job:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and own the digital product development backlog, user stories and features roadmap
- Work with management and business stakeholders to draft project plans, time frames and prioritization while ensuring all stakeholder expectations are aligned
- Lead cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives
- Cultivate feedback loops to understand user behavior, new requests, and improvement ideas
- Enhance overall digital commerce and digital CX strategy
- Advocate for business process improvements to support the overall digital CX strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- 7+ Years of Related Professional Experience
- Product Owner or Business Analyst Professional Certification is a plus (ex. PSPO, PBA, SAFe PO/PM, etc.)
What You'll Need for Success:
- This role requires broad thought across the entire omni-channel customer life cycle to execute seamless integrations to other systems and platforms as well as business process improvements within Toyota's broad ecosystem.
- Comfortable with public speaking to a variety of audiences
- Familiarity with agile software development
- Experience with digital platforms, digital user experience, digital commerce and digital marketplaces
- Aware of B2B and B2B2B business models
- At ease with harnessing big data
