Mission:
As a fashion-savvy copywriter, you will craft compelling performance-driven copy that engages audiences at every touch point. You will own the writing process and be able to seamlessly pivot between planning and execution across multiple projects, leveraging AI tools to streamline productivity.
Job Description:
This Digital Copywriter will be responsible for developing impactful, conversion-focused copy for Wantable and Wantable Brands across all platforms.
Job Responsibilities:

• Translate complex concepts/strategies into compelling copy that supports storytelling and marketing objectives
• Write compelling marketing copy that's inspirational, on-brand and creates desire for Wantable products
• Work cross-functionally to ensure all brief objectives are met
• Analyze copy performance data, work with managers and channel stakeholders to consistently evolve messaging strategies as applicable across channels.
• Write ad copy that generates high click-through rates and conversions
• Write Landing Pages that are on brand, follow direct response best practices and that drive conversions
• Write email and SMS content as needed
• Manage all other content requests from cross-functional teams to achieve content objectives while advocating for and upholding the brand standards and voice
• Develop and maintain processes and organization systems that increase the efficiency of the Copy team
• Proof outgoing content for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Copy trafficking - keeping the templates updated with the latest edits, fact checking (i.e. brand names and spellings)
• Be able to translate voice to drive clear Philanthropy messaging and understand the nuances needed.

Top Expected Outcomes for this position:

• Drive CTR rates on ads that average above a .7%.
• Concept and direct new or improved Landing Page Concepts that increase site conversion rate by 0.5% - 1%.

Remote / In-Office requirements:
This position can be partial or fully remote; however some mandatory meetings and events will need to be scheduled in person at our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI as directed by your supervisor.

Requirements
Skills / Qualifications:

• Ability to write concise, engaging content that demonstrates a thorough understanding of the audience and what's important to them and how that relates to Wantable.
• Create consistent brand voice by adhering to brand guidelines for tone and voice, using best practices for each given channel.
• Must be active on social platforms especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Must be familiar with what's trending and have the ability to conceptualize how that might apply to Wantable and be relevant to how our customers experience our brand.
• Experience concepting and writing website content that is in the brand tone of voice and converts.
• Data-Driven + Results Oriented. Have an insatiable curiosity that drives you to constantly ask questions, seek results and get intimately familiar with how to get and read results for yourself to help elevate your work.
• Efficient and able to produce significant output with minimum wasted effort.
• Keeps and fulfills commitments - verbal and written agreements
