We are seeking a West Coast based Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our team. This is an ideal position for someone with recent experience in Digital Advertising who is looking to accelerate their career.

This can be a fully remote position (U.S. BASED--PST OR MST, only ) or an in-office/hybrid position for those who live in the Greater Sacramento Area.
You Will:
- Assist Digital Advertising Managers in the creation, QC, and hands-on optimization of Paid Search and/or Paid Social accounts
- Assist Digital Advertising Managers with copywriting, budget & spend pacing, URL tagging, competitive research, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Implement multivariate ad testing for key accounts and reporting on results
- Be consistently curious and inquisitive – learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to maximize their effectiveness for our clients’ benefit
- Display extreme attention to detail
- Eventually, assume management of 1+ client accounts. Exhibit strong account leadership and ability to dig into the data to pull out trends and takeaways for assigned clients
- Interact with Digital Advertising team with clear, concise, and effective communication
- Research and keep abreast of trends in paid media
- Ensure that the procedures in Closed Loop’s Information Security Policy are personally followed and that all company and client data personally accessed is properly secured
You'll have:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with one or more paid advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- BA/BS in marketing or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills as it relates to troubleshooting issues
- Strong data analysis skills
- A high level of accountability and personal responsibility
- Willingness to jump into unknown territory and learn quickly
- Being Google Ads certified, having agency experience, analytics, and/or Tableau experience is a plus

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000/year, DOE.
