Sodexo is seeking a Full TimeRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist I-HC for Jackson South Hospital, an acute care hospital a part of the Jackson Health System Miami, FL. The ideal candidate must be flexible to provide inpatient care as needed, able to provide coverage during holidays and weekends, interested in working with diverse populations, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be knowledgeable in current dietetic therapy practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, this must be a master's degree)

- reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal
- excellent paid time off package
- up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually
The successful candidate will:
- Be a registered Dietitian, preferably with 0-3 years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Work as part of the clinical team providing nutrition care and managing the nutrition care process
- Will cover clinical services at Jackson South Community Hospital.
- Possess the ability to creatively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions while working within a self-directed and team-oriented work environment
- Utilizes electronic charting in the NCP format
- Be highly motivated

- Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in FL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;

- The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
