Dietary Supervisor Position at this location require a COVID-19 vaccination.

Dietary Supervisor Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience.

Dietary Supervisor Shifts: 7:30AM – 4PM or 11AM – 7:30PM Available weekends and Holidays

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing center is seeking experienced DietarySupervisor for a long-term care facility in Syracuse, NY area. This position is responsible for supervising the food and nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred.

Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities

· Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.

· Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

· Ensured meal service times are on schedule.

· Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Requirements:

· Prior Supervisor experience.

· Certification in healthcare cooking – ServSafe

· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

· Must be able to work as a team member.
