Dietary Aide - Pt

Friendship Village Tempe is seeking Dietary Aides to join our team part time!

Schedule: Must be available to work any day from 3:00pm-7:30pm, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $16.76- $18:44 per hour; DOE

Summary: Provide high quality, caring service to residents and guests at scheduled meals and special events. Maintain food service areas in a neat, clean and sanitary manner. Interact with residents, guests and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner. Assure that foods and beverages served to residents are healthful and of good quality, and that all residents who are on restricted or prescribed diets receive foods and beverages conforming to their dietary needs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a diet aide and some knowledge of nutritional sciences are desirable.
  

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must acquire a food handler's certification from the local Health Department within 30 days of hire.
Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
