10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. every other weekend

Extra $1.00 on weekends

1. Comply with established policies and procedures; safety and sanitary standards.

2. Use appropriate and safe body mechanic techniques when lifting.

3. Use aseptic techniques for purpose of infection control; this includes good hand washing techniques and infection control policies.

4. Carry out Universal Precaution procedures.

5. Provide assistance as required on all dietary functions as directed and instructed.

6. Follow recipes and prepare foods accordingly. Prepare snacks as needed

7. Prepare the correct amount of food based on the population and dietary needs of the residents.

8. Prepare trays and help deliver cart to second/third floor and prepare trays for residents in dining room.

9. Obtain food and supplies from storage areas as directed.

10. Prepares beverages for meal.

11. Prepare trays and serve meals at scheduled times.

12. Perform dishwashing procedures, including pots and pans and all equipment.

13. Provide assistance with clean–up after food preparation and meal service.

14. Follow the dress code.

15. Attend and participate in service meetings

16. Date and store foods properly.

17. Perform other duties as assigned
