The Food Service Worker is responsible for food preparation including set up and serving food for patient tray line. Prepares food according to the planned menus for patients, customers, and special events. Demonstrates basic knowledge of nutrition, therapeutic diets, and textured modifications. Implements established food safety and sanitation procedures. Perform other duties as directed.
Must possess the ability to promote self-development and advancement of knowledge base and skills.
Participates as an interdisciplinary team member.
Must understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
Must display integrity and professionalism by adhering to CT Hospice Code of Conduct.
Must complete all mandatory compliance trainings.
