Under moderate supervision, this position monitors and maintains processes to ensure quality of foodservice and nourishments/tube feedings to all patients. Processes diet orders and coordinates patient tray assembly. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information. Works competently with patients in all age groups.
- Must be able to read and follow directions.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
- Capable of doing basic math skills i.e. addition and subtraction.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, including excellent phone etiquette.
- Must have keyboarding computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize work and think clearly.
- Knowledgeable of modified diets and standardized portions.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 6 months previous food experience; preferred Healthcare experience

Part Time; Variable hours Monday-Friday.
