Diesel Shop Mechanic

· Interpret parts and service manuals including wiring diagrams in order to properly diagnose repairs needed as well as order appropriate parts.

· Work safely and follow all instructions related to company policies and regulatory agencies during the performance of duties.

· Maintain accurate record keeping of all daily tasks.

· Perform visual inspections on equipment and provide written report of conditions & deficiencies.

· Produce clean and accurate work and keep the work area clean daily.

· Respond to mobile, on-site service maintenance requests for trucks, trailers and other heavy equipment units.
